The opening of The Garage Bar brings the latest urban food culture experience to Mongkok. Featuring two vintage, customised Citroën trucks, The Garage Bar brings a selection of gourmet sandwiches and bar food including the Hongkongese Burger, a New Zealand steak burger in a bamboo charcoal pineapple bun (bolo bao), the Ninja Lobster Roll, and a sweet Churro Cherries Dulce.
For craft beer enthusiasts, The Garage Bar features over 40 craft beers from local and international breweries, giving you an ultimate beer tasting journey.

Seafood Delight Degustation at Ming Court

Executive Chef Mango Tsang Chiu Lit has crafted the 6-course degustation menu with highlighted dishes including Abalone in Japanese sake with pickled cucumbers, chilled, Sautéed prawns with bell peppers, basil, dried shallot, Fried sea bass fillet with preserved vegetables, and a Conpoy, scallop, shrimp, crab meat, pumpkin in a chicken broth.
