Craig Strong's menu, rooted in his classical training, is influenced by his experience working with award-winning chefs from France, Germany and Spain. He prepares his food using a variety of both contemporary and classic techniques with a Mediterranean flair and then combines them with a blend of the finest local ingredients and international products.
